Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy:

In addition to Statutory Rights, should a customer change their mind Daisy Hill will happily issue a credit note providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased with all original labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
  3. The items were not purchased during a sale, mark down, or special promotion; unless they have suffered a major failure or do not match the picture / description shown online. 
  4. Items must not have any dirty marks, make up or tanning product marks
  5. Items must not smell of deodorant, perfume, washing powder, cosmetics, or body odour 
  6. Items must not be hats, hair accessories, body suits, swimwear, pierced jewellery, or drinkware,.
  7. In store purchases may be exchanged for items of equal value or swapped for a store credit note
  8. Online purchases may only be returned a store credit. 

Cash refunds are not offered for returns unless the item is faulty. 

Returns/Exchanges on Purchases Made in Store

Purchases made in store can be returned in store. Customers must present the receipt received in the store at the time of purchase, and fall in line with the returns policy above. 

Returns/Exchanges on Purchases Made Online

Customers can return items purchased online:

  1. In store; or 
  1. By posting it to the Daisy Hill Boutique Online store address:

To make sure you are eligible to return please follow the below process:

  • Complete Company ‘return & exchange’ form received with original purchase. Ensure the form includes order number, name, address, email, phone number, instructions, returns reason coder and any comments.
  • Post items to the above store address within 14 days of your delivery. All returns and exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Daisy Hill Boutique.
  • Ensure the items do not fall into the excluded categories listed in point 6 in the returns policy above. 
  • Customers must include the receipt received in the return parcel.

Please Note:

  • Daisy Hill may take up 2-5 business days of the items reaching us to process a return. 
  • The cost of return shipping is at the Customer's expense, we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage, unless you have received a faulty or incorrect garment. 
  • Store credits will not apply to shipping costs.
  • Exchanges cannot be arranged for online orders due to fast turn over of stock. Once you have received your store credit, simply place a new order for the item you would like instead.
